Take attendance during a sermon

Are you wondering how many of your church members are watching livestream sermons on Church Center? Attach a form to a sermon episode to track attendance during an online service!

  1. Create a People form that includes an Automation that checks attendees in to an event when they fill out the form. Include a question for them to confirm their attendance.

  2. Select Sermons in the top navigation in Publishing.

  3. Select a channel.

  4. Choose an episode from the Episodes tab.

  5. Select the Media and resources tab.

  6. Choose People Form from the Add dropdown under the Links section.

  7. Add a title and choose your form from the dropdown list.

  8. Choose the default product icon or a custom icon for your form link.

  9. Select Save.

The form you add will appear in your list of links in the episode. Drag the dots on the left to reorder the links. The link at the top will be featured during the livestream and accessible to people watching the video on demand.

People watching your episode can access the form on Church Center by selecting it as soon as the service starts.
