You can coordinate your series and plans in Services with channels and episodes in Sermons by importing plan information when you create a new episode. After the episode is created, you can access it from Services.
When creating a new episode in Publishing, connect a plan to an episode by selecting the Connect button.

If you've previously connected a service type to an episode in this channel, you can choose a plan from the associated service type.
Import the plan information.

Search for the service type and plan you want to link to the episode.

Choose which plan information you want to import.

Select Connect & Import.
The plan and series information is imported into the episode.

You can also edit an existing episode to link a plan within it. Any information you import from Services overrides the existing episode information.
After the episode is created in Publishing, you can access it from the linked plan in Services.
From within the episode, select View Plan.
From the plan, you can view the episode on Church Center or edit the episode in Publishing.
After importing your plan information, allow people to access your connected plan without logging in to Services. Add a link to the public page for your Order of Service in Church Center.
In Services, enable public access by selecting the information you want people to see on your plan's public view. These details will be visible on Church Center.
Once you've enabled public access to your plan, you can share your Order of Service in two ways.

Add it to all episodes as a default link on your channel settings.
2. Add a connected plan to an individual episode under your Media and resources tab.
If a plan is not connected, you will not see the Order of Service option in the dropdown.
